  • Sign contract and pay 5% deposit
  • Council applications are submitted
  • Materials selection
  • Council approvals received

 

  • Stage 3 – Commencement – 4 Weeks
  • Fabrication of materials
  • Earthworks/concrete slab laid

 

  • Stage 4 – Lock Up – 6 Weeks
  • Construction of frame
  • Windows and doors installation
  • Wall and roof insulation and cladding installation

 

  • Stage 5 – Completion – 10 Weeks
  • Internal fit out
  • Site tidy up and builders clean
  • Council final inspection
  • Practical completion handover
